2019年6月9日 · Hi all. I was looking for some quartz and I saw on the satisfactory map that two nodes were located close to my base in the north west desert. If you're looking at the map, they are the normal and the pure node with a node of SAM ore in the middle. which starting location? : r/SatisfactoryGame - Reddit
2021年11月11日 · I didn't vote because, for me, the best starting location is east of Rocky desert and west of northern forest. Right there close to that inlet with the coal. Plenty of iron, copper, limestone, water, sulphur, caterium, quartz, oil and everything else you need close by.
Best Starting Locations : r/satisfactory - Reddit
2023年3月6日 · Rocky desert: great starting resources, two good coal sites for a power plant, oil relatively close by, by many considered the best starting location. Green forest: the best starting resources, relatively small space for building, good coal power plant spot, center of the map, so all middle and late game resources are a little easier to reach.

Need help in finding this quartz nodes : r/SatisfactoryGame - Reddit
2023年6月22日 · The north rocky desert cave is the same deal. There's four entrances- one is blocked by rocks over on the west coast, and is extremely obviously "there's something here", but since the entrance faces away from the entire rest of the map, it's less likely you'll come across it.
Updated! (Hopefully) Satisfactory Map of ALL Nodes, Drop Pods
There are some nodes that are underground though, most notably the center-most Uranium node, which is in in a tunnel that runs southwest to northeast, and one SAM and two Quartz nodes in the rocky desert, which are in a tunnel that starts near the four Coal nodes east of there, and the normal SAM node in the grasslands, which is in a straight ...
Good start locations after 1.0 is launched : r/SatisfactoryGame
I'm definitely going Rocky Desert once 1.0 hits. I've already done the math, and between the new coal and sulfur I should be able to fuel a 56-generator coal plant while leaving a normal coal node untouched for steel and with enough coal/sulfur left over from the nodes I am using for a couple trucks and maybe a nobelisk or two per minute.
[Noob question] Coal power in the Rocky Desert? : r/satisfactory
2020年7月6日 · I started in the rocky desert as well (in the southeast corner). There's 3 pure coal nodes right to the east of there, after a relatively straightforward (if a bit long) path up at the Crater Lakes. Depending on where your base it it might be a bit further to belt in, but it's not that difficult - just a few hogs in the way mostly.
